Teen undergoes surgery after USB cable gets stuck in penis [PICS]

A teenage boy in the United Kingdom (UK) had to undergo surgery after inserting a USB cable into his penis for a wild “sexual experimentation.”

According to a study published in the medical journal Urology Case Reports, the 15-year-old decided to stick a knotted USB cable into his urethra “in the context of autoerotism.” The cable became lodged in his scrotum and despite efforts to remove it himself, he ended up with the two ports at each end hanging out the end of his penis.

The urethra is the tube in the penis that allows for urine to pass from the bladder to the exterior of the body during urination.

Well, it turns out this British teen found another use for it, although the situation didn’t end on such a positive note.

The boy’s family soon transported him to a local hospital after he began urinating blood. Doctors at the facility had no success in removing the USB cable from his penis and he was then transferred to University College Hospital London for further medical assistance.

UK teen inserted USB cable to measure penis

Perhaps another part of the story is why the teenager inserted the cable into his urethra in the first place – to measure the size of his penis.

“Following his request to be examined without his mother, he confessed that he inserted the cable into his urethra to measure the length of his penis triggered by sexual curiosity,” the study reads.

Doctors were able to eventually remove the USB cable. The boy managed to make a recovery and was discharged the next day.

“The knotted cable was revealed in the proximal aspect of the penile urethra and cut from the remainder of the cord. Both ends of the wire were pulled out successfully through the external urethral meatus,” the journal read in part.
