Motjeka Madisha: Video footage of crash scene shared online

The football community has been plunged into mourning once again after Mamelodi Sundowns defender Motjeka Madisha was killed in a car crash on Sunday morning. The defender appeared 130 times for the Tshwane giants and had become a mainstay in the Bafana Bafana squad, before tragedy struck.
Motjeka Madisha confirmed dead on Sunday 13 December
His death comes just weeks after former teammate Anele Ngcongca died in similar circumstances. Fellow PSL clubs, current professionals, and even the South African Football Players Union have all shared their condolences.
“RIP Motjeka Madisha, we are heartbroken. The Masandawana defender passed away in a car accident in Johannesburg in the early hours of this morning. Our condolences to his family, friends, and football fraternity.”

Mamelodi Sundowns have Tweeted a message about the death of Motjeka Madisha, but did not elaborate on any details. They described the public release of information regarding his death as ‘unfortunate’, and the club confirmed they will publish their own statement on Sunday afternoon.
Footage from the crash scene in Midrand also made it online overnight. The car being used by Motjeka Madisha burst into flames after impact, and it’s understood that another occupant of the vehicle has also passed away.
