  1. Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the central parts of the Northern Cape Province as well as the Beaufort West municipality of the Western Cape.

Gauteng:

Temperature: Fine and cool.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.

Mpumalanga:

Temperature: Fine and cool but warm in the Lowveld.

Limpopo:

Temperature: Fine and warm.

North-West Province:

Temperature: Fine and cool.

Free State:

Temperature: Fine and cool.

Northern Cape:

East temperature: Morning frost over the southern interior, where it will be cold, otherwise fine and cool to warm.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate southerly to south-easterly.

Western Cape:

Temperature: Morning frost over the interior, otherwise fine and cool, becoming partly cloudy in the south west by the evening.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be light easterly to north-easterly in the south until in the afternoon, otherwise light to moderate northerly to north-westerly but fresh to strong in the south west by the evening.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.

Eastern Cape:

The Western half Temperature: Fine and cool, but warm in places.

The Western half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be Light north easterly, becoming moderate westerly from the west from late morning.

The Eastern half Temperature: Fine and cool, but warm along the coast and adjacent interior.

The Eastern half Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north westerly, becoming moderate to fresh north easterly from late morning.

Kwazulu-Natal:

Temperature: Partly cloudy in the north-east at first, otherwise fine and cool.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be Gentle north-westerly north of Durban at first, otherwise moderate to fresh north-easterly
