Kaizer Chiefs latest | Brian Baloyi rallies Amakhosi senior players
Legendary Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Brian Baloyi believes the CAF Champions League has given the players an opportunity to forget about their problems and focus on the task at hand.
As Amakhosi continue to be celebrated after putting one foot into the semi-finals of the competition, Baloyi feels the team needs senior players to rally everyone around so that they can perform.

Chiefs take on Simba SC in the second leg of the CAF Champions League quarter-finals on Saturday, and they go to Dar es Salaam with a four-goal advantage.
Kick-off is at 15:00 SA time.
Gavin Hunt’s men can afford to draw or even lose by no more than three goals and still advance to the semi-finals because they thumped Simba 4-0 at the FNB Stadium last Saturday.

“I am a fan of this phenomenal club and I still wear my Kaizer Chiefs tracksuit with pride,” Baloyi told the Amakhosi media department.
“We have been taking flak on the streets in recent years and we’ve been suffering. But this is an opportunity for the players to forget their problems,” he said.

Baloyi added: “This is the chance for the senior players in the team to rally everyone around the cause and for the players to come out of their shell and to perform.
“As a footballer there are two things you want. You want to excel for your national team, and you want to excel for your club and the CAF Champions League is the ultimate honour and achievement at continental club level,” added Baloyi.
