Gauteng:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers. It will be hot in the north.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.

Mpumalanga:

Temperature: Hot in the Lowveld, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with scattered afternoon showers and thundershowers but isolated in the west. Morning fog patches are expected on the escarpment.

Limpopo:

Temperature: Morning fog patches on the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with scattered showers and thundershowers.

North-West Province:

Temperature: Partly Cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers in the extreme north east otherwise fine.

Free State:

Temperature: Cloudy in the east with morning fog patches becoming partly cloudy with isolated showers and thundershowers in the extreme east otherwise warm but hot in the south west.

Northern Cape:

Temperature: Fine and cool to warm.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate south-westerly.

Western Cape:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm to hot but cool in the south, becoming fine in the west and over the interior from the afternoon

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-westerly.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Extreme.

Eastern Cape:

The Western halfTemperature: Cool in places along the coast with light rain in the morning, otherwise partly cloudy and warm.

The Western Half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be Moderate to fresh south westerly, becoming south easterly from the afternoon.

The Eastern halfTemperature: Partly cloudy and cool to warm with light rain expected in places south of escarpment from the afternoon.

The Eastern halfWind: The wind along the coast will be Fresh to strong south westerly, becoming moderate to fresh southerly overnight.

Kwazulu-Natal:

Temperature: Morning fog over the interior, otherwise cloudy and warm but cool in places over the central interior. Isolated showers and thundershowers are expected in the afternoon.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be Moderate to fresh south-westerly
