1.Very cold conditions are expected tomorrow on Sunday over the extreme southern parts of the Northern Cape, extreme southern parts of Free State and extreme south-western high ground of KwaZulu-Natal as well as in places over the central and northern interior of the Eastern Cape.
Gauteng:
Temperature: Partly cloudy and cool with isolated morning showers and late afternoon thundershowers in places.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.
Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Cloudy and cold to cool with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered in places in the east.

Temperature: Cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thundershowers.

North-West Province:
Temperature: Cold in places in the south, otherwise fine and cool but partly cloudy in the north-east at first.

Temperature: Fine and cold to cool but partly cloudy in the extreme east where isolated showers are expected.

Northern Cape:
Temperature: Very cold in places in the southern interior, otherwise fine and cold.
Wind: It will be cloudy at first along the coast with moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly wind but strong north of Hondeklip Bay from the afternoon.

Western Cape:
Temperature: Cloudy and cold with a chance of rain and showers along the south coast, otherwise partly cloudy and cool but cold in places over the interior. It will become FINE in the north-east and west towards the evening.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly, becoming westerly to south-westerly south of Cape Columbine from the afternoon.

Eastern Cape:
The Western half – Temperature: Very cold in places over the interior, otherwise partly cloudy and cold but cloudy along the coast at first with scattered morning showers and rain and showers.
The Western Half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh south-westerly.
The Eastern half – Temperature: Partly cloudy and cold with isolated showers and rain and possible light snowfalls on the Drakensberg mountains.
