Kaizer Chiefs clean house as SEVEN players leave Naturena!
The Premier Soccer League (PSL) transfer window closed at midnight on 31 August 2021 and when all was said and done Kaizer Chiefs had parted ways with no fewer than SEVEN players in the final couple of days alone.

Four have gone on loans to other clubs while three others have departed on a permanent basis.
Those loaned include Keletso Sifama, 18, and Thabo Mokoena, 21, who have been sent to Pretoria Callies, while Lebohang Lesako, 22, and Darrel Matsheke, 21, will join Uthongathi FC in Durban for the 2021/22 season.

Both Pretoria Callies and Uthongathi FC play in the second-tier GladAfrica Championship.
Amakhosi will no doubt be hoping the quartet get much-needed game time at their new clubs and potentially return to Naturena next season better players.

In addition, Itumeleng Shopane, Sizwe Twala and Ayanda Rorwana are the three players Amakhosi have decided to let go on a permanent basis.
They can now look to restart their careers elsewhere after being handed their clearances by the Glamour Boys.
At the time of writing it’s unclear if and where the trio have found new employment.

Kaizer Chiefs have had an indifferent start to their 2021/22 season having crashed out of the MTN8 tournament at the first hurdle after losing on penalties to Mamelodi Sundowns.
They then drew their opening DStv Premiership clash of the season 0-0 away to TS Galaxy before rebounding to beat Baroka FC at home 2-1.
They will next be in action in a mouth-watering clash against Mamelodi Sundowns at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria on Sunday, 12 September at 17:00.
