SuperSport United head coach Kaitano Tembo has admitted that reports linking his star players with moves to other teams can be annoying.

Tembo was referring to reports that Kaizer Chiefs are interested in both Sipho Mbule and Teboho Mokoena who are also wanted by Mamelodi Sundowns.
Both Mbule and Mokoena still have contracts with SuperSport United, and while the club wants to sell them abroad, the interest from local clubs has not died down.

And Tembo believes the consistent reports will eventually affect the two players as they are also human beings.
For now though, Tembo is happy with the attitude both Mbule and Mokoena have shown at the training grounds.

“Sometimes these links can be annoying, especially when it comes to the focus of the players,” Tembo told Phakaaathi.
“Players are also human beings and at some point it can frustrate them but it is our job to make sure that we keep them focused because they are still SuperSport players until something happens then we can start talking about that,” he explained.

“The players know that they have to continue committing themselves to being SuperSport players and they have been doing that and they have been doing well all these years.
“These talks have been going on for quite some time but the players have remained focused and there’s always been progress in terms of their development,” added Tembo.
