Pirates have already signed five new players – Monnapule Saleng, Ntsako Makhubela, Kwanda Mngonyama, Goodman Mosele and Bandile Shandu.
They are also expected to unveil Kwame Peprah who was confirmed to have signed a three-year deal with Pirates by his club King Faisal.

And while Ncikazi admitted that Pirates have enough players, he still didn’t rule out the possibility of signing more or even releasing some players.
Overall, Ncikazi lauded the Pirates management for the players they signed, and all the technical team has to do is to put together a competitive team.

“We’ve got enough. If other teams were in the same position like Pirates where they’ve got 10 injured players, I’m sure they’d request the league to cancel their fixture,” Ncikazi told the media.
“The side that we played, the way we played and the effort, the performance, for somebody who doesn’t know I don’t think you saw that there were players that were not there,” he said.

“The wisdom of our management to bring the pool of players that we’ve had, they will surprise you. I don’t want to disclose much because I don’t have that permission.
“Don’t be surprised if it increases, don’t be surprised if it decreases,” added Ncikazi.

“But I’m happy with what we have. I’m happy with the wisdom of how they signed the players and let’s take it from here and move forward,” concluded Ncikazi.
