Lloyd Harris v Rafael Nadal: Part II in Toronto

South Africa’s Lloyd Harris has set up a rematch with 20-time Grand Slam winner Rafael Nadal at the Masters 1000 event in Toronto, Canada.

Harris beat Canadian qualifier Brayden Schnur 6-3, 6-2 in his first round match on Monday to book a second round clash with Nadal.

Nadal, who is the second seed this week, had a bye in the first round.

It will be the second consecutive tournament in which Lloyd Harris will square off against Nadal with the South African having beaten his Spanish foe 6-4, 1-6, 6-4 in their third round encounter in Washington last week.

Lloyd Harris went on to lose 6-3, 7-5 to Japan’s Kei Nishikori in the quarter-finals in Washington, but his run into the last eight was enough to move up one spot to 49th in the ATP rankings.
