Temperature: Partly cloudy in the north, otherwise fine and cool.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Fine and cool.
Free State:
Temperature: Fine and cool, but cold in the south and east.
Northern Cape:
East temperature: Morning frost over the southern high-ground, where it will be cold, otherwise fine and cool.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong south-easterly.
Western Cape:
Temperature: Morning frost over the interior, otherwise fine and cool, but warm over the West-Coast District interior.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-easterly to easterly, becoming fresh north-westerly to northerly along the west and south-west coast in the afternoon

Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate southerly to south-westerly becoming easterly to north-easterly from the south in the afternoon, spreading to St. Lucia by evening
