Kick-off time confirmed for key Sudan v Bafana Bafana AFCON qualifier

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has confirmed that the final AFCON qualifying match between Sudan and South Africa will kick off at 18:00 SA time.

There has been conflicting reports with some saying the match would start two hours earlier.

However, in an official correspondence to both SAFA and the Sudan Football Federation, CAF confirmed that the AFCON match to take place at Khartoum International Stadium will start at 18:00.

‘’CAF has confirmed to us in writing that the match will kick off at 18:00,’’ said SAFA CEO, Advocate Tebogo Motlanthe.
