Sharks lure former Blitzboks athletic performance manager to Durban
The Sharks’ recruitment drive on the field as extended to off of it as well with the announcement of a new “athletic performance manager”.

Following hot on the heels of Siya Kolisi’s move to Durban, the KwaZulu-Natal franchise have confirmed the addition of former Blitzboks head of athletic performance Allan Temple-Jones to their coaching staff.
The Durban High School old boy was an integral member of the Blitzboks’ set-up for 10 years.

Temple-Jones currently serves as the head of the Irish Sevens athletic performance programme.
‘With his supreme level of expertise and knowledge in his field, he will be a fantastic addition to our Sharks family,’ a statement from the Sharks read.
