Gauteng:

Temperature: Cloudy and cool with scattered showers and thundershowers.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.

Mpumalanga:

Temperature: Cloudy in the west, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm, but hot over the Lowveld, with isolated showers and thundershowers, but scattered over the western Highveld.

Limpopo:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and cool to warm, but hot over the Lowveld, with scattered showers and thundershowers in the south-west, otherwise isolated.

North-West Province:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm to hot with scattered showers and thundershowers, but isolated in the extreme west.

Free State:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm with scattered showers and thundershowers, but isolated in the west

Northern Cape:

Temperature: Cloudy along the coast in the morning where it will be cool, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot, with isolated showers and thundershowers in the extreme east.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north-westerly becoming south-westerly in the afternoon.

Western Cape:

Temperature: Morning fog along the coastal areas of the overberg district, otherwise fine and cool to warm but hot to very hot over the interior. It will become partly cloudy in the north-east.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate south-westerly becoming strong by the afternoon but light north-westerly between Cape Columbine and Lamberts Bay during the morning.

Eastern Cape:

The Western halfTemperature: Fine and warm becoming partly cloudy with isolated thunderstorms. It will become cloudy along the coast late in the day with evening rain.

The Western Half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate south-westerly.

The Eastern halfTemperature: Partly cloudy and warm, becoming cloudy with afternoon isolated thunderstorms but scattered in the north.

The Eastern halfWind: The wind along the coast will be moderate south-westerly.

Kwazulu-Natal:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm but hot in the north-east. Isolated showers and thundershowers are expected but scattered in the extreme west.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate north-easterly becoming south-westerly in the extreme south by mid-morning spreading to the north by afternoon.
