We couldn’t make good use of international break – Hunt
Amakhosi head coach Gavin Hunt revealed that despite having a two week period in which he was expected to fix the major problems at the club, limited progress was made due to a number of key players being away on international duty.
“Obviously some of the players travelled around and will not be at their best – hopefully with one more sleep they will get some rest to be ready for the restart of the league on Saturday.” – Kaizer Chiefs head coach Gavin Hunt said as quoted by TimesLive.
“We could not do much with the players that remained during the Fifa week. With seven players away‚ we could not work on the structure and team tactics. We played a friendly match to keep match fit‚ but we could not do much.”
