Kaizer Chiefs are through to the quarter-finals of the CAF Champions League following their 2-2 draw away to Horoya AC on Saturday night.

Amakhosi needed a score draw to seal their passage to their first-ever knockout stage of the CAF Champions League, and Gavin Hunt’s men did just that.
Daniel Cardoso and Khama Billiat were on the scoresheet for the Glamour Boys on the night to complete what has been a remarkable CAF Champions League season.

Chiefs played 10 games from the preliminary rounds to the group stages between November 2020 and April 2021.
They won four, drawn five and suffered just a single defeat in the 10 matches – keeping a whopping clean sheets in the process.
Chiefs were also unbeaten in the five CAF Champions League home games they played this season – recording two wins and three defeats without conceding a goal.
