These Stuffed Litchis with Strawberry Chili Dip are tasty and you will feel like royalty when you eat them.

Litchis are sweet and firm enough to remove the seeds so that you can stuff them with other fruit. We have included popular fruits like pomegranate, strawberries, guava, melon and pineapple for a light and fresh experience. Yes, delving into this delicious platter is an experience.     Ingredients

    • 1 cup pitted litchis (or fresh in season)

    • 1 cup pomegranate seeds

    • 1 cup strawberries

    • 1 cup cubed pineapple

    • guava slices

    • melon slices

    • 1 cup strawberry yoghurt

    • 1 tsp chili flakes

    • 1 tsp chopped mint leaves

    • 12 wooden skewers

    Method

    • Stuff the litchis with pomegranate seeds
    • Fill the skewers with the fruit.
    • Mix the yogurt with the chili and mint.

    Notes

    • Serve cold
