Fig & Blue Cheese Salad – Light with balanced umami flavours

Ingredients

  • 80 g rocket

  • cup blue cheese

  • 2 preserved fig

  • 75 ml Cabernet Sauvignon Balsamic Dressing

  • 1 avocado

Method

  • In a salad bowl add the rocket leaves
  • Crumble in the blue cheese
  • Add the sliced avocado
  • Thinly slice two preserved figs and add to the salad
  • Finally, dress the salad with the cabernet sauvignon balsamic dressing
