Apple Crumble Mini Cheesecake – Sweet and Delicious, a must-try!

Did you know that you can combine two of your favourite desserts together and make something new? How about making them smaller for the perfect tea-time snack? This Apple Crumble Mini Cheesecake recipe will blow your mind! This recipe is perfect for tea-time or a dinner party sweet treat.

Chances are high that you already have all of the ingredients in your home as well. With oats, butter, cream cheese, yogurt, condensed milk and some apples you have a simple ingredient list for a dessert that will get your guests talking about it for weeks to come.

Apple Crumble Mini Cheesecakes

    Ingredients

    • cups crunchy oats

    • 100 g butter, melted

    • 1 tub cream cheese

    • ½ cup Greek yogurt

    • 290 g (1 tin) condensed milk

    • 3 Granny Smith apples (skinned, chopped and cooked in the microwave)

    Method

    • Preheat your oven to 160°C.
    • Prepare a muffin pan with baking cupcake liners and spray with some Cook & Spray.
    • Peel the apples, (To chop the apple, place each piece of apple, flat side down, on a cutting board, and cut into strips. Rotate the strips and quarter turn, and cut into small pieces.
    • Place the oats in a plastic bag and, with a cup or cake roller, crush the oats fine.
    • Add the melted butter to the oats and mix well.
    • Using a spoon, add two thirds of the oats mixture into the muffin cups. Leave ⅓ of the mixture for later.
    • Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
    • Mix the yogurt, condensed milk and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
    • When the oats in the cups are crispy and out of the oven, spoon the cream cheese mix on top and divide evenly into the 12 muffins.
    • Place a spoon of cooked apples on top of each and sprinkle with more oats.
    • Place in the oven for 20 minutes.

    Notes

    • Leave to cool down completely and remove from paper cups
