Mini Milktart Pastries: A Treat for the Whole Family
They are creamy, crunchy and light and not overly sweet, so you’ll definitely want “just one more”.
The best part of this recipe, how simple they are to make. And you can make the filling whilst your pastry base bakes.
The magic ingredients for this yummy recipe:
- Store bought puff pastry: you can make your own, but we’re going for quick and simple
- Condensed Milk: just one can of creamy goodness
- Cremora: you only need a few teaspoons and this adds to the creamy texture
- Water: you will need 3 cups to mix the Cremona into
- Eggs
- Cornflour: this will help thicken the mixture
- Cupcake tin and a microwave safe bowel
We are going to use the oven and the microwave to make this beautiful little dessert.
