Lockdown living: The best banana bread recipe

Print this recipe and stick it in front of your recipe book. This banana loaf will become a favorite. Tea time, lunch time, after dinner snack and definitely a lunch box must.

This recipes makes between two or three loaves – I always bake more than one loaf at time and have to hide one for the following day. Served at its best hot with butter, honey or syrup.
