Temperature and UVB forecast
Gauteng:
Temperature: Cloudy in the morning, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm becoming cloudy in the afternoon with scattered showers and thundershowers.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Low.
Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Partly cloudy in the west at first, otherwise cloudy and cool to warm with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated in the northeast.
Limpopo:
Temperature: Partly cloudy in the west at first, otherwise cloudy and warm with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated in the Lowveld, the Valley and the south-western Bushveld.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Cloudy and warm with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated in the west where it will be partly cloudy and hot.
Free State:
Temperature: Morning fog in the east, otherwise cloudy and warm with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated in the west where it will be partly cloudy.
Northern Cape:
Temperature:Cool along the coast, otherwise fine and warm to hot but partly cloudy in the east with isolated showers and thundershowers.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly, reaching strong in the morning.
Western Cape:
Temperature: Partly cloudy over the central and eastern parts in the morning, otherwise fine and warm to hot but very hot in northern parts of the West Coast District.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-easterly to easterly, reaching strong to near gale between Table Bay and Cape Agulhas, spreading to Yzerfontein and Still Bay by the afternoon.

Eastern Cape:
The Western half –Cloudy in places at first, otherwise partly cloudy and warm.
The Western half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate easterly to south-easterly.
The Eastern half -Fine in the southwest at first, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm becoming cloudy with isolated showers and thundershowers over the interior but light rain in places along rthe coast.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be light south-westerly, becoming moderate easterly to north-easterly from the afternoon.
Kwazulu-Natal:
Temperature: Morning fog over the interior, otherwise partly cloudy and cool but warm in places over the eastern parts, becoming cloudy in the afternoon with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated in the south-east.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate easterly to north-easterly north of Richard’s Bay at first, otherwise moderate to fresh southerly to south-westerly.
