Election Results: 17 percent of votes counted, ANC leads the way in 8 provinces
As of 7:45 on Tuesday, 2 November, 17 percent of the votes cast in the 2021 Local Government Elections have been counted. At this stage, the ANC and DA lead the way. Here’s an overview of the leading parties, according to the IEC Municipal election results dashboard.
