This is according to Ntiya-Ntiya’s agent Jazzman Mahlakgane who said Chiefs have all the information on the player’s current situation.

What Mahlakgane confirmed is that Ntiya-Ntiya has a contract with Chiefs until 2024, meaning whatever happens must go past the club.

Mahlakgane further said, as Ntiya-Ntiya’s representative, he hasn’t had discussions with Chiefs on the player’s immediate future.

Chiefs transfer-listed Ntiya-Ntiya at the end of last season following his limited game time last season, and the left-footer hasn’t been seen with the first team this season.

In addition, Chiefs didn’t include Ntiya-Ntiya in their first team squad on their website along with Lazarous Kambole.

And this raised questions as to whether or not Ntiya-Ntiya was registered with the PSL for the current campaign.

Kambole, however, has since featured for Chiefs this season, and perhaps there is still hope for Ntiya-Ntiya to feature as well.

“He is at the club. I think Chiefs will know what’s happening because he’s got a contract until 2024. We haven’t had discussions,” Mahlakgane told Soccer Laduma.
