Cheetahs announce FOUR new signings for 2022 Carling Currie Cup

Toyota Free State Cheetahs have announced FOUR new signings for the 2022 Carling Currie Cup season which gets underway in January.

In a statement, Cheetahs confirmed wing Daniel Kasende, flank Gideon van der Merwe, and props Mox Mxoli ane Marne Coetzee as their players.

Kasende, Van der Merwe and Mxoli join the Cheetahs from the Griquas, while Coetzee is joining the Free State franchise from the Pumas.

According to the Cheetahs, Van der Merwe, born in Potchefstroom, is contracted until 31 October 2022.
