  1. Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the central and eastern parts of the Northern Cape.

Gauteng:

Temperature: Fine and cool.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.

Mpumalanga:

Temperature: Fine and cool but warm in the Lowveld.

Limpopo:

Temperature: Fine and warm but cool over the central parts.

North-West Province:

Temperature: Fine and cool to warm.

Free State:

Temperature: Fine and cool to warm, becoming partly cloudy in the extreme southwest.

Northern Cape:

East temperature: Morning and evening fog patches along the coast, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm. It will be partly cloudy in the south east from the afternoon.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate south-easterly.

Western Cape:

Temperature: Morning fog patches along the west and south-west coast, otherwise partly cloudy and cold to cool with light rain along the south coast. It will become fine over the northern and western parts from the afternoon.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh easterly along the south coast, otherwise moderate to fresh south-easterly to southerly.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.

Eastern Cape:

The Western half Temperature: Cloudy and cool with isolated showers over the southern parts.

The Western half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate easterly.

The Eastern half Temperature: Partly cloudy and cool with isolated showers in the south-west.

The Eastern half Wind: The wind along the coast will be light south-westerly along the Wild Coast in the morning, otherwise light south-easterly.

Kwazulu-Natal:

Temperature: Fine and warm but cool in the west.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate north-easterly to easterly but southwesterly along the south coast.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Very high.
