Gauteng:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm, but cool in the south, with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.

Mpumalanga:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and cool to warm, but hot in places in the lowveld with isolated afternoon thundershowers.

Limpopo:

Temperature: Cloudy in the morning, otherwise fine and warm, becoming partly cloudy in the extreme south west with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers.

North-West Province:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers, but scattered in the north-east.

Free State:

Temperature: Warm in the extreme north, otherwise partly cloudy and cool with isolated showers and thundershowers over the central and eastern parts

Northern Cape:

East temperature: Cloudy along the coast at first with morning fog, otherwise fine and cool to warm, but partly cloudy in the north east.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be light north-westerly becoming light south-westerly but moderate south-easterly north of Hondeklipbaai.

Western Cape:

Temperature: Cloudy and cool with morning fog along the west and south western coastal regions. It will become cloudy with light rain over the south west from the afternoon, otherwise fine and cool.

Wind: The wind along the coast will light to moderate north-westerly, but west to south westerly along the south coast.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Low.

Eastern Cape:

The Western half Temperature: Fine and cool, but partly cloudy in places along the coast.

The Western half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south westerly, reaching strong in places.

The Eastern half Temperature: Partly cloudy with isolated showers and thundershowers in the north east, otherwise fine and cool, becoming cloudy south of the escarpment from late afternoon.

The Eastern half Wind: The wind along the coast will be light north westerly early morning, otherwise moderate to fresh south westerly.

Kwazulu-Natal:

Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm but cool in the south-west. Isolated showers and thundershowers are expected.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate northerly to north-westerly becoming moderate south-westerly along the south coast by midday and spreading northwards by the evening.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Very high.
