According to Akwa United head coach Kennedy Boboye, centre-back Olisah Ndah is having a trial with Pirates in an attempt to earn a deal.
Boboye was speaking to Global Sports earlier this week where he revealed that he hopes for Ndah to get the deal with Pirates and not return to the Nigerian side.

“We’re no longer thinking about the league title, our focus is now firmly on the Champions League,” said Boboye.
“Hopefully Olisah Ndah will not return. He is currently having trials with Orlando Pirates,” Boboye confirmed.

“As we are already planning for the Champions League, we might do so without him.

“Honestly, when any of my players leave for a deal abroad, I usually don’t want to see them back in the league,” added Boboye.
