South Africa’s top-flight DStv Premiership clubs have wasted no time – and hopefully no money – in signing more than 60 players in total since the transfer window opened on 1 July.

Baroka FC and Kaizer Chiefs have both lured seven new players to their clubs.

Interestingly, one club – SuperSport United – have yet to officially confirm any new players, while Bloemfontein Celtic are banned for two transfer windows from adding to their squad.

The 2021/22 DStv Premiership season is tentatively scheduled to kick off on Saturday, 14 August.
