- Yellow Level 2 Warning for RAIN resulting in flooding of informal areas and infrastructure damage is expected over the south-eastern parts of Overberg and the Garden Route Districts of the Western Cape.

Gauteng:
Temperature: Partly cloudy and cool with isolated showers and thundershowers.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Extreme.
Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Partly cloudy and cool to warm but hot over the Lowveld with isolated showers and thundershowers.
Limpopo:
Temperature: Fine and warm, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon with isolated showers and thundershowers in the south.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm.
Free State:
Temperature: Partly cloudy and cool with isolated showers and thundershowers, except in the west.
Northern Cape:
Temperature: Fine in the northern and eastern parts, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm but cloudy in the south with isolated showers and thundershowers in the extreme southeast.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southeasterly.
Western Cape:
Temperature: Cloudy and cool to cold with isolated morning showers, except in the west. Scattered showers are expected along the south coast until in the afternoon.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate southerly to southeasterly along the west coast but strong southwesterly to westerly along the south coast.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.
Eastern Cape:
The Western half – Temperature: Cloudy and cool but cold in the north with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered in the south.
The Western Half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate northwesterly east of Algoa Bay, otherwise strong to near-gale westerly.
The Eastern half – Temperature: Cloudy and cool with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated in the extreme north.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southwesterly, becoming fresh to strong westerly in the afternoon.
Kwazulu-Natal:
Temperature: Morning fog patches in places over the interior, otherwise partly cloudy and warm but cool in the south-west. It will become cloudy in the afternoon with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated in the north-west.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh easterly to north-easterly, becoming moderate south-westerly in the south, spreading to Richards Bay by late afternoon.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.
