Mamelodi Sundowns sue Pitso Mosimane’s wife for R8 million – report
Mamelodi Sundowns have reportedly filed an R8 million lawsuit against former coach Pitso Mosimane‘s wife Moira Tlhagale.
According to a report by Sunday World, the Brazilians are requesting Mosimane’s agency, owned by Tlhagale, to pay back an amount in the region of R8 million.

However, Sundowns, through its lawyers Bowman Gilfillan, were forced to file the papers at the Johannesburg High Court to seek an order for Mosimane’s agency to pay up after they refused to do so.
This is because Mosimane walked out of a four-year contract to join Al Ahly in November 2020, and according to the report, his wife had pocketed R8.6 million which was her 10 percent commission for getting her client to sign the new Sundowns deal.

Sundowns reportedly paid the amount in full instead of dividing and paying it in four seasons that Mosimane would have been their head coach.
The publication reports that there was an agreement between the two parties that a pro-rata of the R8.6 million commission would have to be returned to Sundowns.
As it stands, the said pro-rata is reported to be just over R7.9 million, and Sundowns are demanding it back from Mosimane’s wife.
