Chocolate & Chia Seed Pudding – No-guilt Mother’s Day pudding

What’s the first gift you give mom when you want to give her a treat on Mother’s Day? Chocolate will almost always be your answer. Chocolate has a way of making almost anybody happy and Mother’s Day should be no different. Chocolate & Chia Seed Pudding is not only going to hit that chocolate craving, but you don’t need to feel guilty after indulging either.

The best part of this dessert, other than the low calories, is that it only takes a few minutes of combining the ingredients and letting it rest. Honey helps sweeten this dessert and provides great nutrients together with the chia seeds. Do yourself an even bigger favour and lightly crush the chia seeds to break their shells. This is because it makes it easier for your body to digest them and get all the benefits. This recipe is for one serving so you can just increase the amounts and each serving is only 294 calories.

Give mom the best gift by giving her a guilt-free Chocolate & Chia Seed Pudding this Mother’s Day.
