Healthy and delicious: Lemon yoghurt mousse recipe

The mousse can be used as a lovely alternative to breakfast or as a summer dessert. The various textures when spooning through the layers make it a joy to eat.

Lemons are almost in season so using fresh lemons, instead of lemon juice, will give you the added nutritional benefits.
