It’s safe to say that Namibia’s Peter Shalulile was a good purchase by reigning Premier Soccer League champions Mamelodi Sundowns.

Since joining from Highlands Park ahead of the 2020/21 season, the 27-year-old Windhoek-born striker has justified his R20 million price tag.

In 21 matches for the Brazilians, he has scored 11 goals and had five assists.

That means he in contributing towards a Mamelodi Sundowns goal every 1.31 matches.

With 11 goals to date, Peter Shalulile is well on his way to beating his tally of 19 goals in all competitions last season.
