Gauteng:
Temperature: Cloudy at times and cool to warm with scattered showers and thundershowers.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Low.
Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Morning fog patches over the escarpment, otherwise cloudy and warm with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated in the Lowveld where it will be hot to very hot. the Lowveld.
Limpopo:
Temperature: Morning fog patches over the escarpment, otherwise cloudy and warm to hot with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered over the Western Bushveld and southern parts.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers but cloudy with scattered showers and thundershowers in the east.
Free State:
Temperature: Cloudy and cool in the east with scattered showers and thundershowers, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers.
Northern Cape:
Temperature: Fine over the north and central parts, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot but cool along the coast. Isolated showers and thundershowers are expected in the north east.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly.
Western Cape:
Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm to hot but cloudy and cool along the coast with isolated showers and rain. Scattered showers and rain are expected along the south west coast.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong westerly to north-westerly but light northerly of Cape Columbine. It will become strong south-westerly along the south coast.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Extreme.
Eastern Cape:
The Western half – Temperature: Cloudy along the coast at times, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot in the north
The Western Half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate westerly becoming south-westerly
The Eastern half – Temperature: Cloudy in the along the coast, otherwise partly and warm to hot with isolated showers and thundershowers in the south and east from the evening.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be light northerly early morning, otherwise fresh to strong northeasterly, but light westerly south of Kei Mouth, becoming moderate to fresh southwesterly late morning, spreading east late afternoon.
Kwazulu-Natal:
Temperature: Morning fog patches over the interior, otherwise cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered in the west.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate easterly to north-easterly
