Rooibos Smoothie – Here’s to good health

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup baby spinach

    • 1 cup chilled Rooibos tea 

    • 1 green apple

    • 1 peach

    • a squeeze of fresh lemon juice

    • mint leaves 

    Method

    • Simply blitz the ingredients together. Add ice if preferred. Enjoy!
