The 24-year-old has penned a five-year deal with the Chloorkop side.
De Reuck said he wants to be apart of Mamelodi Sundowns’ dominance in South Africa.
“This is something I’ve always wanted for myself. Sundowns has been the best club in South Africa for a long time and I want to be part of that. I am really really excited!” he told the club’s official website.
De Reuck will be reunited with two of his former Maritzburg team-mates Lebohang Maboe and Brian Onyango at the Brazilians.
Mamelodi Sundowns, who currently lead the DStv Premiership standings by two points, are next in action on Sunday, 31 January against Chippa United.
Kick-off is at 15:30.
