- A Yellow warning for heavy rain for the Garden Route of the Western Cape, East coast of the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal that may result in localized flooding of susceptible formal/informal settlements or roads, low-lying areas and bridges. Difficult driving conditions on dirt roads.

Gauteng:
Temperature: Cloudy and cool.

Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Cloudy and cold to cool with isolated thundershowers.
Limpopo:
Temperature: Cloudy and cool to warm with isolated thundershowers over the central and eastern parts.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Fine in the west, otherwise partly cloudy and warm. It will be cloudy in the extreme east.
Free State:
Temperature: Fine in the west, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thundershowers.
Northern Cape:
Temperature: Morning fog patches along the coast, otherwise fine and cool to warm but partly cloudy in the south where it will be cold.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate southerly to south-easterly, becoming moderate south-westerly from the afternoon.
Western Cape:
Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm in the north-west, otherwise cloudy and cold to cool with isolated showers and thundershowers. It will be scattered
along the Garden Route where heavy rain is expected.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be light northerly to north-easterly north of Cape Columbine becoming moderate to fresh south-westerly from the afternoon,
otherwise fresh to strong easterly to south-easterly.

Eastern Cape:
The Western half – Temperature: Cool in places, otherwise cloudy and cold with isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers, but widespread along the coast where heavy rain is expected.
The Western Half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong easterly to north-easterly.
The Eastern half – Temperature: Cool in places, otherwise cloudy and cold with isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers, but widespread along the coast where heavy rain is expected.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong easterly to north-easterly.
Kwazulu-Natal:
Temperature: Morning fog patches over the interior, otherwise cloudy and cool but warm in the north-west. Scattered showers and thundershowers are expected but widespread in the east where heavy rain is expected.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate easterly to north-easterly, becoming fresh in the afternoon.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.
