Breakfast Kebab – Stacks of flavour to start your day

Everybody loves a fully-loaded breakfast. We want bacon and eggs, some delicious mushrooms and a thick slice of fried tomato. But you don’t just want all these tasty ingredients spread all over your plate, do you? This Breakfast Kebab is stacked so you can have the perfect bite, every time.

Kebabs originated from the Middle Eastern countries, but have been adapted by most English-speaking countries. Mostly creating the variant with cubed meat and maybe some vegetables cooked on an open fire or gas cooking surface. The Breakfast Kebab is a bit different. Each ingredient is fried separately, or if you have a big flat-iron surface, all together. If you are cooking everything separately, keeping it warm in the oven is going to make a big difference. Nobody likes cold eggs.

This Breakfast Kebab recipe is perfect for a family, but will be a crowd-pleaser at your next brunch get-together this weekend. Treat yourself to some delicious bacon & eggs, mushrooms and tomato on a stick. The perfect bite awaits!
