Taste of Thailand: Try this Pineapple Fried Rice with Prawns

Anyone who has travelled to Thailand will recognise this unique dish served in a carved out pineapple. However, if you haven’t been to Thailand, there is certainly no reason why you cannot experience a taste of Thailand in your own home with this stir fry.

The flavours are slightly different to a traditional fried rice, as the sauce contains a mild curry flavour.

The addition of fruits – pineapple and raisins- as well as nuts, gives this dish an exceptional flavour. Not only does it look amazing, it tastes incredible too.
