You don’t need to love eating broccoli when it comes to this delicious smoothie. In fact, it’s so loaded with fruit that you may hardly even taste the broccoli!

Broccoli, a member of the cruciferous vegetable group is packed with nutrients that your body craves. Though not many people jump at the thought of eating it, we’ve come up with a tasty solution.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup broccoli florets, raw

    • 1 banana, peeled and frozen

    • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

    • 3/4 cup strawberries fresh or frozen

    • 1/2 cup spinach

    • 1 cup pineapple juice

    • 3/4 cup water

    Method

    • Blend everything until smooth. Serve in a glass.
