    Ingredients

    • 1 tin condensed milk

    • 1 80g slab of Milky Bar chocolate

    • 1 pack Oreo biscuits

    Method

    • Empty the tin of condensed milk into a saucepan and heat for about 3-5 minutes, on a low heat.
    • When the condensed milk is bubbling, remove from heat and add in pieces of the chocolate. This should melt nicely. Mix well then leave to cool for about 5 minutes.
    • Optional: add a few crushed pistachios or other nuts to counter the heavy sweetness of condensed milk and chocolate.
    • Put half of the Oreos in a ziplock bag and use a rolling pin to crush them.
    • Place the crushed Oreos in a 25 x 25cm baking tray. You can add foil or baking paper at the bottom to make it easier to take off.
    • Pour condensed milk mixture over Oreos and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. You could also freeze to speed up the process.
    • Cut up the fudge, shape into balls and place in cupcake holders. Decorate with more crushed Oreo biscuits.

    Notes

    • If the fudge doesn’t set, just scoop up your fudge and add into the cupcakes holders and decorate.
