Eastern Inspired Roasted Coconut and Cardamom Balls

Coconut and Cardamom Balls Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 tin of caramel condensed milk

    • 2 cups of coconut

    • 1/2 cup of roasted coconut

    • 10 to 15 cardamom pods, sliced and deseeded

    Method

    • Pour the can of caramel condensed milk in a pot over low heat.
    • Stir until smooth. Make sure it doesn’t burn.
    • Add the cardamom seeds and stir for 2 minutes over low heat. The seeds need to heat up to give flavour.
    • Remove from heat and add coconut.
    • Allow to cool for 2 minutes and make the mixture into balls. Rolls the balls in roasted coconut making sure it is covered.
