Watch: Gauteng woman goes on K-word rant following a car crash
A shocking, racist rant has been captured on video this week, after two motorists ended up in a traffic collision. Siphosethu Ngomane, a resident of Gauteng, was rear-ended by a driver who pinned the blame all on her. However, during her verbal tirade, the ranter in question used the K-word to attack her fellow citizen.

The utterance is filled with venom and hatred. What’s more, there are serious legal consequences for using this offensive term. The likes of Adam Catzavelos, Penny Sparrow and Vicki Momberg have been hit with severe penalties in court for dropping the K-word, and it’s likely the person in this video will face a lengthy battle with the law too.
Ngomane has opened a case with SAPS and sent her footage to the SA Human Rights Commission. The clip shows the aftermath of the accident, with superficial damage to both cars. As the drivers survey the damage, the racist ranter lets rip, screaming a stream of obscenities about the incident – and then, the K-bomb arrived.

However, this is not a thread created to discuss the “great things” happening in this county. I have reached out to SAPS regarding this matter and their response has been nothing but…(distasteful to say the least). pic.twitter.com/lMoA47bTAU

- Gauteng’s MEC for Community Safety, Faith Mazibuko, has also asked Ngomane to contact her about the incident:
Kindly DM me the case number and police station you reported at.

Alternatively you can send the information to my spokesperson @pinkienuma on 066 080 7742.
“How can someone still use this word?”
Siphosethu Ngomane has also stated that the woman who verbally assaulted her crashed into their car after they parked up to help someone having a medical emergency. How this descended into insulting someone resorting to the K-word is anyone’s guess, but as the Gauteng local says, the whole affair is a disappointment:
“I was observing all the lockdown regulations, making my way back from work. I notice that the car in front of me has lost control. The car then hits a lamppost and stopped moving altogether, the driver seemed to be in a ‘fit-like’ condition. We pulled up and rang the police.”
“Then, the lady in the video crashed into our car and instead of apologising she cursed me, slapping my phone out my hand and threatening to ‘beat me up’ while calling me names. The final straw was when she used the K-word! I’m disappointed that in 2020, we have a white racist still using a term deemed as illegal.”
