Creamy seafood marinara recipe

After nine weeks in lockdown, working on a equestrian farm, my eldest daughter came home last night. When I asked her what she would like for dinner, she said ”seafood marinara” – to the rest of the families delight.

Seafood marinara is simply a dish of mixed seafood cooked in sauce and served with rice or pasta.

The only challenge with this dish is keeping everybody away from the stove whilst cooking. This dish will become a family favourite.
