Chocolate brownie recipe: Easy and delicious

There are numerous variations of chocolate brownies out there, some with chocolate chips, some with nuts, even a pumpkin cheesecake version.

However, for me, the plain chocolate brownie with chocolate topping is the best. The brownie can be enjoyed as a dessert together with cream, custard, ice cream or simply enjoyed with a cup of tea. This recipe is plain and simple, and always delicious however it is served.

The recipe is quite easy and quick to make, you can be enjoying chocolate deliciousness within an hour. Chocolate brownies can also vary in texture, some can be crunchy, like fudge, or soft and gooey. This recipe has a cake-like texture, which is how I like it best.
