Weather forecast and UV index for all provinces
Gauteng: Cloudy in the morning, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with scattered showers and thundershowers.
UVB sunburn index: High.
Mpumalanga: Cloudy in the morning, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with scattered showers and thundershowers.
Limpopo: Partly cloudy and warm but hot over the Limpopo Valley and south-western Bushveld with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered over the south-central parts.
North-West Province: Partly cloudy and hot to very hot, with isolated thundershowers in the east.
Free State: Cloudy in the extreme east at first with early morning fog patches, otherwise fine and warm to hot, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon with isolated thundershowers in the east.
Northern Cape: Fine and cool to warm but hot to very hot in the east. The wind along the coast will be strong south-westerly to southerly.
Western Cape: Partly cloudy along the south and southwestern coastal areas where it will be cool, otherwise fine and warm. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong south-westerly to southerly.
UVB index: Extreme.
Western half of the Eastern Cape: Partly cloudy and cool with morning rain east of Cape St Francis. It will become fine and warm in the interior, but becoming partly cloudy in the evening with mist in places south of Graaff-Reinet. The wind along the coast will be moderate westerly to south-westerly.
Eastern half of the Eastern Cape: Cloudy with rain and drizzle along and south of the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and cool, but fine and warm in the north. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate south-westerly, but light south-easterly around midday.
KwaZulu-Natal: Morning fog patches over the interior, otherwise cloudy and cool with isolated morning showers and rain but scattered in the east. Isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers are expected in the west and north-east. The wind along the coast will be moderate south to south-easterly, becoming north-easterly in the afternoon.
