Amarula sweet potatoes – Braai time has just become better

    Ingredients

    • sweet potatoes, sliced

    • butter to taste

    • sugar to taste

    • Amarula to taste

    Method

    • Slice the sweet potato in thin slices in aluminium foil.
    • Add butter, brown sugar and Amarula to taste.
    • Seal the foil tightly and place it on medium to hot coals.
    • Bake for 30 – 45 minutes, or until cooked.
