Kaizer Chiefs v Al Ahly in blockbuster CAF Champions League final
Kaizer Chiefs will face off against Egypt’s Al Ahly in a dream 2020/21 CAF Champions League final.

The blockbuster finale was confirmed when Amakhosi beat Wydad Athletic Club 1-0 on aggregate after a goalless stalemate in the second leg tie at the FNB Stadium on Saturday.
Pitso Mosimane’s Al Ahly then secured their spot in the final when they completed a 3-0 win (4-0 on aggregate) over Esperance Tunis in Cairo.

Al Ahly took full advantage of their numerical advantage after Esperance Tunis were reduced to 10 men as early as the 36th minute when Ilyes Chetti was shown a red card for a foul in the box.
Ali Maâloul converted the resultant penalty before Mohamed Sherif added a second in the 56th minute.
Hussein El Shahat made it 3-0 on the night to give the defending champions a shot at retaining their title.

The final will take place on Saturday, 17 July at the Stade Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca, Morocco.
