The 21-year-old once again impressed Hunt with his hard-working display in Guinea on Saturday night when he helped Amakhosi draw 2-2 against Horoya AC to advance to the CAF Champions League quarter-finals.

Hunt stated after the game that Njabulo Blom was his man of the match and has a bright future ahead of him if he maintains this level of play.

“I thought Njabulo again was man-of-the-match,” said Hunt, according to Goal.

“He was outstanding, he’s getting better and better in every game. He’ll be one of the future, he’s got legs, he can play, he digs in, unbelievable.”

Meanwhile, Hunt was also happy with Khama Billiat’s movement during the game after deploying him in a more central role.

He added: “He’s a striker and not a wide player. I’ve always seen him play wide, but I prefer him as a striker. But I haven’t had the opportunity (to play him central) as we’ve been struggling with wide players.

“Moved him to nine, the movement was good, much better.”
